Woodland

Woodland is an intimate, experimental docu-portrait exploring Black Southern memory, loss, revival, and the spiritual traditions that endure beyond the threat of change. Set in a tiny African-American town in Georgia, the film explores a grandmother’s struggle with Alzheimer’s amid the quiet transition of her once-thriving Black community.
