Craig will lead you through fiery heart and hip openers, and cooling recovery poses, with welcome input from the star students on where we flow together on a beautiful Blackstar Friday! Bring any items/props that make your yoga flow meaningful, comfy and accessible to you (blankets, jounel , blocks, essential oils, oracle cards, etc).
