Director

Sean-Josahi Brown is a documentarian whose work depicts the hope and resilience of people living in impoverished conditions. Born in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood, he draws inspiration from the common human experience to capture raw emotion and share compelling stories that raise awareness for social issues. He is the recipient of the 2021-22 Bronx Documentary Center Film Fellowship and 2023 En Foco Media Arts Fund for his short documentary, Ebony.
